The late Jaiye died at age 33 on December 3, 2004 while playing basketball with friends.
Obviously, his widow, Stella didn’t have a good relationship with her in-laws and had granted in an interview a few years after her husband’s death that she never knew of the popular Aboderin family until she married Jaiye.
38-year-old Damasus married her first husband, Jaiye Aboderin, in 1999.
After his death in 2004, she remarried in 2007, this time to a businessman, Emeka Nzeribe. The marriage lasted for seven months before a mutual agreement to divorce.
In 2011, she became associated with multiple award-winning Nollywood producer and director Daniel Ademinokan; the couple have been together ever since.

Their relationship sparked a lot of controversy all over Nigeria and Africa because both parties never publicly admitted to be dating, engaged or even married until 2014.
Daniel is still in court with his estranged wife, Doris on the custody of their only child, David.
Meanwhile, Stella is now a gospel singer in the USA and her ‘partner’ Daniel producing her music video.
